By accessing or using the PurposePoint Collective, LLC website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide First Aid/CPR/AED training & certification, custom products through Collins Crafty Creations, and notary services through Collins Notary Pro of Tennessee. Service details, pricing, and availability may change.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Class registrations, custom orders, and product sales are subject to our refund and cancellation policies communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Certification
CPR/First Aid certification is issued in affiliation with the American Red Cross upon successful completion of the applicable course.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurposePoint Collective, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
